I was testing Cinema 4D 9.5 demo some more looking at some stuff I haven't looked at yet, like Bodypaint, sketch and toon and seeing how much faster my modelling would be, especially with its NGon support, so here are my results.

Sketch and Toon render with glow effect, cloth and bodypaint

And of course, I cannot do anymore work to it, as the demo has no save features of course
