Okay folks, I spent the past four days working on a piece of code that would be customizable and organized for a 2D single parallax side scrolling engine. And by golly (that term is very american for those of you who don't understand

) I think I just may have done it! I'm not done with the engine fully of course, but I just can't believe I did what I did - it's totally mind blowing that I can do something like this.
First off, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to the DBPro team for making this possible...
Second, thanks to everyone here for answering my questions and giving me the support that I need to code like a pro...
Of course it's no
perfect, but I certainly like it. So all you DBPro profies out there, tear this beast apart - I wanna know every detail of what could be better! I drew all of the graphics myself, Rex and the Basket Snake were done BY HAND in paint (took forever). The level was done in Photoshop. Remember, this is not done! I know I need to make the jumping more realistic, use actual physics and all - I'll get there

. This is going to end up being a game, called "Rampagin' Rex" - a spoof of the original Duke Nukem. Unfortunately it won't be done in time to be entered in the Retro Gaming compotition. But I'm looking forward to making it anyway.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH
