great effort! good work

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself 

good work, but you've got some weird poly formations going on in the high poly version

I don't have a sig, live with it.

That's great work. I can't really pick out any faults with it other than the fact that the high poly version looks a little too rounded (I think I'm right in remembering that he has a really "jagged" face). I think that's just the camera angle though.

Are you going to texture it?

IceBound -No, really-We're quite good.

it looks great, but to emphasise what Manic said, theres something up with your polygons, they don't run smoothly, as though a lot of your polies look traingulated, when modelling triangles aren't always a good idea, as they cause problems

The cartoon render looks good too, a nice Sin City feel to it

Yey! I removed the sig...

It looks great, but its a shame you didnt do it in quads.
