You mean you want pitch black areas?
Go to Files/Build Game/Level settings/Global script. From there chance ambience light to 0.
I hope this helped.

I cant change my ambient light,
whenever I do it, it just changes back when i test/build my game...its really annoying, because its set on 25

I think you have to add some kind of static or dynamic lighting.I use mostly static lighting.I notice that the ambience will not change if I don't add lighting.Go to the languagebank\english\gamebank\mygames file.Back up the setup.fpi file and then change the ambience in the file.
Then add a light marker to your game and see if that helps.

Note:You can change the ambience in the build game settings but it won't change the ambience in a test game.

To change ambience during a test build use the < and > keys.
Note: The above will not work during a proper "built" game.
