does anyone know of a .X to .3DS file converter or if there is such a thing?

Instead of just learning how to program i am also learning how to model in Wings 3D so if you know of any good tutorials let me know.

im not going to do that there si to much personnel info requird and no i am not using max i just found some model son turbosquid fro my game that i coudl really use but they are in max.

Instead of just learning how to program i am also learning how to model in Wings 3D so if you know of any good tutorials let me know.

Dude, just because you have to type in stuff gives you no constitution to be lazy. I just downloaded the demo of 3ds max to convert it. Do that, it works.

Your signature has been erased by a mod because it's larger than 600x120...

Oh, see, my problem when I did it was when i was trying to do max to 3ds. But what I was saying was that through working w/ the demo (and possibly some milkshape demo as well) he could get what he wants.

It was a bad question to ask. Pirating is both illegal and wrong because it can cut a company/individuals profit down by a lot. It's kinda like those self-checkout things at grocery stores...you're taking jobs away from people by pirating...

This isn't the kind of forum to be talking about warez. Btw, I hope you don't live in germany, 120 homes of EDonkey users were raided.

I can't even keep track of who actually owns 3d max anymore. I think its still currently Discreet, could be wrong though.

If the demo lets you use 3rd party plugins, get the Panda X exporter. However, keep the original file in case you need to make changes, as I'm unaware of any X importer.
