At the start of every 'Standard' Arena Game, you get to choose from some guys to be:

And Who would you like to BE:

1. US Officer (Unarmed)
2. German Officer (Pistol)

Something like that.

Now my question:

How can I remove this, so that the player only has to press Enter or a start key...? (Without really choosing a person) - Random Person that would be.

And another question:

In the beginning of a level, you see a part of it. Now in my game I see ugly parts only, how can I make it a splash screen, or totally black?

Which files to edit/remove???

They have that menu becuase you have to decide what your opponents see when they kill you. If you didn't have that menu, you would all be invisible spirits that couldn't see each other

Yes, but where can I customize it? (IT MUST be customizable I think. Because it must have a resource file.)

thats a dumb matchup anyway. unarmed vs. armed? what is that assymetrical warfare?

make both players armed more or less the same. that way it is irrelevent which one they chose.

or you can rewrite the source.

"Edit the source " is kind of like "forget about it."

The programmers made a "choose character screen" theres not much you can do. You want the program to choose who you are for you? And you want it hard coded into the program?

You have the possibilty to change just about everything else. But not that.
