My,game Hyper kart is almost ready for release (insofar as that you can race,
Try and beat the computer opponents(i can't come better that 5th ) and make your own tracks).
The problem is that when i emailed for a form to enter, i never got a reply.
There is very little time left, so i need it quick. Als odoes the game have to be full, as my qame (hyper kart)is limited to just two weapons, three tracks,
and one player race against 7 computer oppnonents.

I don't think you have to get a form or anything - just submit your name, title and download link for your entry.

Does your game have to be "full"?

I guess your game has to be complete enough to be counted as a game. I expect the judges won't make allowances for a game billed as unfinished. Otherwise, a load of half-finished projects would be submitted in the hope that the judges will see the potential.

I'd recommend you look at your game and decide for yourself if it plays like a complete game. It sounds like it's a little short, but that's not necessarily a problem, since it has a track editor. Having only two weapons is also not such a bad thing, as long as both weapons add to the gameplay, and aren't superfluous.

So, in summary, as long as your game's good, playable, and doesn't crash when it tries to load the fourth, nonexistant track, I don't think you have a problem. Think quality over quantity. Is there anything simple you could add before you submit? you've got a few days. How about another couple of tracks? Or a time attack mode? Or even just one more weapon?

Good luck with it, anyway.

The game has to be functionally complete - ie. a game that works but only has 2 or 3 levels instead of the normal 10-20 would be fine.
