The head is really good, the body is a bit skinny, the elbows just need a quick tweak, and the hands look messed up somehow. So I'd say it needs about half-hour work to look really good.

Yeah, it looks a bit flat (just scale in the purple axis (z?))

The hands are a bit messy. I use This Tutorial for hands-Its actually for gloves, but the basic shape is the same. It's not for milshape though, but it's non-software specific.

Other than that, it's looking very nice.

The head looks very good. Back when I tried to model, I could never get a decent looking head.

I'd recommend looking into sorting out your smoothing groups - I think that's why it looks so angular around the hands.

Also, the model may be a little too low poly. You need enough polies to prevent distortion when you animate the model. I assume you're gonna want to animate the model, unless you're making a scarecrow game.

Looks like it was reduced from a higher-poly model....

@epimetheus it was reduced from a higher-poly model. I am not really to great at keeping the tri count under 3000. The original was like 4500 I think. I was planning on rigging and animating the high-poly model for a cutscene. Anyways Ive fixed a few things and got it animated so all thats left to do is texture it. thanks for all your replies. If anyone wants me to put it up for a download let me know.
