Im developing a 2D Engine which can at the moment load tiles from a numerical matrix in a script, basic collision, basic pathfinding blah blah. Exe included in post. Im trying to design it vary generally so that it can be used as more of a mod base than a specific game. It was orignally started off as an RTS but I never finish anything off and wanted a more general program etc.
Im going to use Barnskys(?) Lua plugin for the scripting, and yeah..
Its 10 to eleven, my room is boiling and I feel like Jacks perpetual insomnia, so the post isnt as structured as it should be. Ironic, as I just took my English lit exam today (ha!)
With the half term and two weeks of exam leave for my already loafing self, Ill try and get it significantly improved. Im hoping to develop a server/client functionality into it.
