Hello i was wondering if its posible if you can just make a patch of your instead of fully rebuilding your game and sending the people everthing again what im trying to say is, is there a way to just send the new stuff instead of sending everthing again?

Just create a new installer with only the updated files.

You can let the installer check for version info of a file. When older then installer > do update
