Stop getting upset with people. It IS in fact frustrating when you're using an industry standard tool, people go to college just to learn how to use that program efficiently. Don't think that all of the sudden youre going to be the master of this very intricate program. There is a reason why it costs as much as it does, it's not meant for beginners. You really need to start slow, and at least show a bit of initiative.
You could honestly search through the program, or through google for 5 minutes TOPS and find answers to these types of questions. People dont want to answer these kind of questions for this reason, and it makes it quite obvious that you have no initiative to learn how to do anything yourself, and without a great deal of initiative you are NEVER going to learn how to use a professional tool such as 3DS Max on your own.
Check your premises, take a step back, take a deep breath, and try again. You're obviously new to 3D Modelling, and your jumping into a program that you're not ready for without some very basic idea of what your doing, or at the very least, a lot of initiative - show people you have at LEAST that.
Guys, lay off with harsh comments - just leave it to criticism, I know its frustrating when people dont seem to show much initiative, and dark heart, try not to lash back. Any more immature behavior here will result in newbie slaps for any offenders.
