Well, I have searched the Game Creators website after reading the manual, and searching the forums (whew), and I am unable to locate anywhere ono the GC website where people can go and find your game server to join.

Per the FPSCreator Manual:
"The arena executable uses a central listing service located at www.fpscreator.com to store all hosters and their IP addresses, so that the joiners can browse those games and join using a name instead of a complex IP address."

Where is this located on their website for others to see the list?

Well,,since you decided to insult my intelligence and apparently you can't read an entire post, your an idiot.

I know HOW to build a multiplayer game. BUT as per the manual, the GC website is said to have a SERVER LISTING,,did you get that? A SERVER LISTING! My question was to extract whether there actually IS a GAME SERVER LISTING ON THE GC WEBSITE OR NOT! And if there was, how to get to that page.

So next time before you THINK your a know it all and the person you are responding to is a complete idiot, think twice please. Oh yeah, and prepare mentally to read the entire post and pay attention to the information being requested. That usually helps.

Hi Stamina,

And welcome to the forum!

There is no central web page where you can see a list of currently running FPSC Games (As far as I know). You do see a list from within the game. When you start an arena game and press JOIN, you'll see a list of people currently hosting that particular game.

Thank you Scottie.

It is greatly appreciated when other members can answer a new persons question WITHOUT trying to make them feel like they don't belong posting here. I mean, eveyone here was obviously a NOOB when this first came out.

I follow that old rule, Treat as you wish to be treated.

I only asked the question because it was stated in the manual that comes with the product, so I wanted to clarify after an exhausting search.

Thanks again
Dave

the built exe uses a unique game id which is located in the ini file which means the lobby only see the same games that are hosted

i reality there is no game server its just a very clever way lee and tgc team came up with in making it look like there is

every single game id is changed on every single build

by the way welcome to the forums hope that helps
