Is it possible to and an animation between levels, Give the game a story.

Yes, make a movie in Windows Movie Maker, save it as .avi, use it with a story zone at the end of your level, make the story zone an objective.

That should work if you can make sense of it.

Also try searching the forums and reading the manual.
