Its based on jetpac. The pics don't really show how it all works but you build your ship and fuel it etc and kill lots of nice aliens. Thats about it really.

I have tryed to make it feel like the origonal concept but in a 3rd dimension.

Ooh don't worry, I remember Jetpac, had a speccy and that was one of it's best games. I know of two other Jetpac entries but this one's quite removed from the original, wouldn't have known to look at the shots, anyhow back to work

Yes in some respects it is especially graphically but playability wise its much the same and I have included a classic mode which plays in 2D so people can choose which way they want to play the game.

yep. Its all coming together nicely. I had started this project when the competition was announced but only really had something playable the last week or so. Its gonna be a mad rush to get it all done but it will be worth it. I may even continue it after the deadline to add all the bits I didn't have time to add.
