I have created a program that allows you to load any level in your game. This is great if you're tired of having to start over every time. I guess it's my version of "save/load" but I wouldn't exactly call it that. If you think it would be useful to you post here.

Is it going to have passwords? Or is it going to save what levels you have completed? and is it going to be free? Sorry for all the questions! It would be very very useful!! Until TGC comes out with it officialy but it still is really neat!

I think I'll go the passwords route. Right now you are allowed to load any level you want.

Passwords is a surprisingly useful thing to use--even though people always whine about "people passing them around", it gives the average player the ability to actually take a break and come back. And, if the passwords are long enough (short enough for people to remember, but long enough to make it "hard to pass on", then it's not much to worry about.

Curiously, does the program have a proper interface? And I'd be hoping that you can make the passwords yourself, and not need to use pre-made ones?

Either way, huge thanks for creating a community-released (presumebly )password program.

I just finished all my exams and now have more time to work on this stuff but please be patient. I will be getting my own website and Paypal account hopefully within the next week or two. Once I have those the sky's the limit.

Since everyone seems to be needing a save/load solution and the only "solutions" that are released are either stolen code or don't even exist at all I will release what I have done on this program. I was working on it a few days ago but didn't quite finish. I will upload it ASAP.

Alright I have a very early EA version of my program. I just finished some coding and didn't have time to test it so post if you experience any problems. I did not include the Custom Menu Interface that I had previously started but upon request it may be easily implemented. Post here with your email if you are willing to Beta test. It will be on a first come first serve basis but I will ultimately decide who I feel is trustworthy and honest enough to be a beta tester. I hope this program will help the FPSC community to develop even bigger and better games.
