As Merranvo said, you can put together a team when you have a real well-laid out plan of action (and it is requested in the proper place). Make a game-design document that lays out how your game unfolds; levels, models needed, sounds needed, scripts needed, weaponry/items needed, flow of the levels, ultimate outcome (this can always change during production), etc.
Try again when you have a better plan; you could always try contacting people offline for this as well. But for now, I'm afraid this one's going to have to be locked. Don't get discouraged though, keep at it.
