I have the program I paid for and how would you use the models in FPSC?
They would be in a freeware game.
Thanks for the help.

go to the folder of the model and copy all the files into the entitybank/(whaterver you want) folder and then make a fpe file to set the size and the texturepath, not sure how to get them animated though...

screenie of some of the models attached

for an fpe file, just borrow one from an already existing object

All the people are midgets in my game when I export them to FPSCreator.

T3DGM models are protected under a lisence,as far as i know are the models not for use with any other program then with T3DGM.

Thats what i'd read a while back.

Master Mind,

I believe is correct - T3DGM situation is a particular one its not the same as buying any model pack or even FPSC and using the models in various your productions.

T3DGM product in its entirity is protected by license restrictions which I believe restricts T3DGM content to T3DGM productions and that the media from that product should not be used in productions external to it. Whether for sale or not.

I believe TGC have said this in the past.

You would be well advised to seek clarification from TGC if you wish to distribute games you make with FPSC that contain T3DGM media.

I am sure that if any TGC official reads this they will make the position clear.

must be more of that in the lisence provided with T3DGM.

I don't see anything I say that I didn't.

I like others have made comment about this. Everyone can read from various sources, information made available and supplied regarding copyright issues of TGC products and interpret or debate that information untill they are blue in the face.

However I am neither, either TGC or an expert in either UK or International copyright laws.

I know not if anyone else concerned with this post is either and it matters not anyway.

Theres a simple solution for anyone wanting a definative answer so I would suggest that those concerned now and in the future who wish to have one regarding any clarrification regarding the legality of making or disrtibution of anything containing TGC product materials.....

If they require an answer and are unsure of the exact situation then they can and should contact TGC for an official response.

And on that note I will lock this thread shortly.

If in Doubt - ask TGC.
