1. What kind of formats can the objects be in?

2. How do I import them to FPS Creator?

They need to be in .x format.

There is a sticky in the FPSC product chat forum where you can find the free FPSC entity maker.I would encourage you to download it.It has a video tutorial that will help in explaining a lot.
Then I would get ECS Pro to import my entities.
