Okay, I tested out a quick demo of mine and palced five enemys and basic rooms. The first room had 1 gun and 5 sets of ammo. Im running at the highest quality. WHY does it lag so bad!? It's horrible. Here are my specs. What can I do to raise the FPS rate for anyone who plays my demo?

Remember that the engine is going to render everything on the map. 'er fgrom the center line out I believe. When you clog a bunch of script using pig machines (entities)in to a room you are most likely but not always going to get lag. I am going to give you a link to a thread you should read.

This thread will help you

I blame the map maker.

From the description provided... it shouldn't lag that much, even 5 enemys in 1 room on a simple map doesn't hurt FPS that much... if it is indeed a simple map.

I believe society is flawed; our notions on life, on child rearing, stem too far back to be of relevance in this day and time.
