I don't know what it is, what I was quoting was from 'Finding Nemo', the vegitarian Shark called Bruce, with an accent put it, it sort of sounds like 'Shaak' hence my comment.

hints are like giving help to somebody or saying what is the best way to code some thing.. Its like kinda hard to explain because i not good in english either im from Finland

for the explosions i use the technic(i think this word exist in english...) of a number of planes with a ghost effect and a good texture. But i made my own advanced dynamics effects system to create an effect with only one command and refresh all effects with an another command. I added a lot of parameters like rotation/velocity/move/local rotation/animated texture/acceleration/time/etc...

"hints" are "tips", isn't it?

yeah, if the player is ment to get up close and inside that city i would fill that courtyard area up with some more stuff.

but sounds like you're already doing that!

I think you mean "battlements"? I'm not sure if that's what you mean, but battlements are like defenses on a fort/castle, like towers and stuff .

oh, just realized what you meant, close, but it's spelled "technique", meaning the way you do something.

Do you plan to translate this into English? You seem like you speak English well enough to be able to, and feel free to ask any questions about translations or meanings here . If so it would attract a larger crowd here, because most of us can't read/speak French . Good luck!

First off I want to say that your project comes along nicely. I really like what I'm seing. But I'm a bit disappointed about the characters. I recognized the models from the model section at 3dtotal.com. I see you did some changes, eventhough sometimes just minimal. However they were still recognizable(the pirate dress, the side view of the female head, the female warrior character with the open mouth). I know they are free downloadable models (for practice purposes), but i think you are better off by creating your own character meshes.
Dump those dresses, heads or whatever parts you used and create your own. You are a pretty talented guy, I'm sure you would do great work.
