Here it is not contrived or fancy, just the basics!

Go to where the Object's strength is, and change it to 1.
Also make sure the object is light enough to travel a halfway decent distance, in my case I just needed it to go down one segment of stairs and crash into some crates, blasting them out of the way.
Also make sure the strength on the object you want your explosive to colide with isn't too strong or too weak.

Now I've noticed that the physics in FPS can be a tad squirrly, it might take one or three throws! But I did make it work several times! Just make sure you're not too close to the blast now!
