1.calagari truespace/gamespace
2.3d canvas (very easy to use)
3.The movies (ok but best use other programs)
4.virtualstage (Only dose animation lip synch easy most easiest i think)
5.3d max (takes time)
6.blender (hard 4 me)

those are easiest 4 me i think u should try 3d cavas and virtual stage!

You can use a program like Fraps to record a video while you are playing your game.
