It has come to my attention that there appears to be a lack of documented rules governing what can and can't be displayed on this board. As such, here are a few rules to live by:

[b]-You may not post nudity.

-You may not post anything sexually suggestive. By this I mean characters that are either dressed in a provocative way (such as lingerie), or posed in a provacative/suggestive way. However female/male models with simple undergarments (bra and panties/underpants) are permissable, as long as the models are not posed in a manner which violates these rules.

-There will be absolutely NO profanity, including attempts to bypass the filters.

-Users will not threaten each other; although constructive arguments/disagreements are allowed. Play nice.

-There will be no links to sites that offer pirated versions of ANY material.

-There will be no links to sites that contain nudity. By this I mean a link directly to a site that contains nudity; sites that do not contain this material, but offer links to this material are allowed. Do not try to circumvent this point, as it can just as easily be more restrictive.

-Posting for sale, or for give-away someone else's work is not permissable.

-Spamming of another members thread is not allowed. Asking an off topic question that is constructive is allowed, unless the thread's author wishes it removed.

These rules are subject to change/modification, so stay informed.

If you post a link to any off-site material you need to please post screenshots.
That way your fellow forum members can tell what they are getting without having to leave the site and the mods can tell whether the site contains FPSC related material or not.
Any threads that have a link to another site and no screenshot can be locked.

Please note that You need to make it clear here at the forums when posting any kind of media for sale/download/distribution if you are the owner/author/creator of the media or alternatively where the media comes from.

Additionally show here in your posts at the forums for all to see your or the original creators copyright/distribution and usage details whether or not you are the owner/author/creator of the media.

If forum posters do not adhere to this then from now on they can expect that their threads, posts or download and screenshot will be removed immediately without warning.

If you do not read the forum rules do not complain if action is taken against your threads, posts or your forum membership.

Threads or Posts made at this forum that contain download links, either to offsite or internal locations that containin Media of any kind :

If such materials have not been created by you the user, you must in addition to attaching a viewable screen shot at this forum :

Provide credible visible evidence that you have the right to distribute such materials and are legally entitled to do so.

In order to meet with this requirement you should ensure that you attach a copy of the materials original authors permissions which clearly indicates that such materials may be freely distributed and outlines fully their terms of use.

If you cannot meet with the above you should be aware that a thread or post may be removed without further warning.

It is the responsibility of a poster of materials distributed via these forums to ensure they have and supply details of any copyrights or end user license agreement where necessary and not the responsibility of users downloading such materials nor Moderators here to seek to find or gain clarrification of them.

If there is any doubt - you may not be given the benefit of it and your post may be deleted without warning and additionally other actions may taken as seen to be appropriate.
