Hi everyone ,

I'm new to FPSC , and I need to know : is it possible to make an Into to the game ?

Is it possible to importe my own animated gifs ?

When I build the game , of course i will have a setup for the game . In the setup , does the FPSC name will be shown ?

Sorry , I know that i have lots of questions , but really they are important to me.

thnx

Hi there, Welcome to the fourms. To make an Intro. You must use an AVI file within the engine. Make your own AVI movie with any moviemaker or 3D animator program. Place AVI into the videobank but make sure you use the right codec otherwise it will be choppy and will not run or it will crash FPSC. No Gifs are supported. Only this wonderful thing called decals. Read up on everything about 2D animation that you can.
Use Painshop Pro,Adobe Photoshop,The Gimp. There is a program called decalmaker4.1 learn to use it. No, You can not have texture animation like in QuakeII, QuakeIII or even Doom3. But after you learn the basics you could fake it. If you bought the full version of FPSC you will not have to worry about the FPSC title showing up in your setup.
Hope that helps. Sml DV.

Darth Valtar, I think what he meant by the FPSC Logo was did he have to include a splash screen or mention that it was made with FPSCreator.

Looks like to me the question has been answered and a search is sure to find further helpful information.

You both I am sure have been helpful in your differing ways.

No need to find reasons for a fight.

Lets keep it friendly shall we.

I did nothing to start a fight, this here..."newer person" began it. But nonetheless, I looked into it, and yes-look in your manual Black soojy, it tells you exactly what you need to include.
