NO... but you can do it with an installer (it won't run off of a CD)

yes you can with an installer, you can also just burn the entire game folder to the Cd, and then copy everything from the cd, to the other computer you want it on, I tried it and it works.

I use FPSPack and then I burn the .exe to a cd.Works like a charm.
