@Codemaster, you dont own FPSC?

I think the program is very good even if you dont modify the engine. you cant get anyhting as easy and good for the same price.

Nope, I don't. the reason being it runs extremely slow with my 16MB video card...

It's definitely worth the money...It's possible to knock out a playable level in minutes... I don't think you need to modify the engine either, just work within it's limitations, do you really need a huge open area in your game? Do you really need 10 enemies in the next room?...

I can't do 3d modeling so I think the supplied media is excellent. Also there are lots of excellent free models made by members of this community. I also think that the 2 model packs are worth the money.

The gameplay is as good or bad as you. You put the level together, you place the enemies, weapons etc...

I think it's worth the money too! I really don't know anything about making games and such, but even I have been able to use it and get actual games running and playing smooth.

There is some limitations to the software though, I had some games running slow and I read some of the tutorials on these boards about sealing off levels and making sure there are no leaks, by following those instructions, the games I've been making run much, much faster!
