Why doesn't the compiler allow this?



At compilation (with DBPro demo) I get a "100047 Both user defined type values must use the same type" on the last line. It seems to me quite illogical as the compiler should allow this copy.

It's even worse than that:



There is no error message during the compilation but only the first field is copied. Still with the demo. Someone please tell me this is fixed in patch 4.

Is there an official way to submit bugs? I'd hate to see this lost in the forum.

By the way, he also stated that he doesn't peruse the forums much and email is the only sure way to report bugs.
