FPSC Classic Models and Media / Loading pictures?

Sorry if this is an easy thing to do, but i was wondering:
Is it possible to change the 'loading bar' in a compiled game into a completly different image that changes colour for example, or id the loading bar just an image that is streched across the screen?
Any Information on making the actual image would be appreciated (and yes i know you can change the loading bar in build game settings but what does the image have to be? A .gif?)

it has to be a .tga. Most everything in the hud is .tga based

Ok, but how does the FPSC engine animate the .tga into a moving image such as the loading bar? Is it a .tga thats streched as the game loads?

Go into languagebank and then gamebank and change the loading.fpi. It is quite easy, the problem is just finding it.

The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\gamecore\huds
