I've made simple models with Blender couple of days and I think I'm getting use to it. But I have a question. Can you make UV maps with Blender? If not, what program do you suggest for me?

Blender,can it export to .X?

and as far as i know it cant UVmap.LithUnwrap(This time i didnt spell it LightUnwrap)

Yes, Blender can export and import .x.

Maybe I try LithUnwrap.

I've one more question. You can make animations with Blender, right? So can these animations be used in FPSC?

if Blender can export them,it must be possible.BUT if its a character,you need to assign in the .fpe your custom frames.

(long time ago i used it...4 years or something)
