Hi.
I got this problem with Milkshape.
Whatever i make with milkshape and i convert it to .X
When i put it FPsc ready its rotated.
I know you can rotate it to how it needs to be but thats making me crazy.
Any way to fix it?

yes but there are 2 options for exporting from milkshape to .x one is good the other is bad. The JT one gives you more control over the export and doesn't screw up animations. It also allows for flipping the model the correct way, propper scaleing, and rotation. Uman showed me this and it's been an asset ever since.

look for the JT exporter when exporting and use these settings

With this you should'nt get any errors. If the model is flipped then uncheck Right handled Keep in mind the animation range is for an FPSC charicter so your range may be different.

Are you wanting to know how to rotate and move your item in Milkshape in order for it to be in the right positition when you bring it in the game, or an export issue only?
