When i try to make a multiplayer game, it dosnt let me place player starts. why is this? (I have never played a multiplayer game) Please???

In a multiplayer game (as Paper Assain has said) you need to place the actual characters where you want different people to start.

Then when players play your game they can choose who to be.

E.G. you have the following people on your map in different places:
General (unarmed)
Conker (unarmed)
Skeleton (Minigun)

Players would be able to choose from who they wanted to start as... and your game would be very unfair seeing as only 1 person starts with a gun!

Two things:

1.when I place a charecter with a weapon as a player, they dont show up with that weapon.

2. I cant get more then 2 players.

1. You have to scroll the mouse wheel to get the weapon at the start.

2. Yes. More than two players (up to 8, according to who you place in the map) will be included in the full verson (the .exe exported verson) of your game. When you are testing the game you are only allowed to select the first 2 players you placed.
