When I built my Standalone Executable for my game (Bowling Alley Tycoon) I went through like 3 questions and then it popped up "Error in Program Runtime Error:ERROR 10" I took off music, that wasn't the problem, took off the part where it saves and, it worked like a charm.
Anyway I could possibly fox this, please let me know.

You are just opening the file, you are not closing it or writing anything in it. Look at the tutorials, and you may learn something.

At the end of all the print commands you use a , instead of a ;.

eg.

print "Hello my name is:";name$

@JSG

Remember I said you should use arrays? That means instead of doing, "Worker1$", "Worker2$" and "Worker3$" you could have:
Worker$(num)

and to answer your question: you need to do "Close File 1" after "Open to Write"
