Hey guys, here is a new gun I have finished and textured. It is called the FN Scar. In FPSC, the texture is EXTREMELY blurry, but it still works. Also the idle animation is really bobby and fast so it looks like the walking animation. First is the screeny then the zip. BTW, the screeny is taken in a lovely map from the upcoming game by NIK. Thanx NIK!

EDIT-Also, Disturbing 13 posted his exporting settings in another thread which is what helped me with my weapon problem. So if you read this, thanx a million, man!

Here is the the zip. After you unzip it, you have have to put it in your gamecore/guns/modernday directory. To use it, add a player marker, right click it, click starting weapon, and find modernday/FN Scar. Enjoy.

@Disturbing 13
Thanx, man! The problem I have been having is that the back of the gun was disappearing an all of my weapons and has been tourchering me for a while. Thanks again for the help.

@Zaibatsu
Yeah, that would be great. I was gonna do it, but I finished it late last night and wanted to get it out.

I think it looks much better in milkshape than it does in FPSC, the engine screws up the texture.

I got the pickup ingame. as you can see it thinks the very bottom of it is not there, so you have to manually raise it.

i don't have any model for ammo, but if someone made an ammo model, I could probably set it up to work.

If you put the gun in a modeling program, it is in groups (forgot to regroup). It is box 02, just delete everything except for that and export and do everything required to make it an ammo pickup.

Sorry, but the ammo is giving me problems. I got it ingame and everything, but two things are screwed up. The texture is not showing up, and when you pick it up, it doesn't give you ammo. If you want to do it Zaibatsu, just tell me and I will post the clip mesh.

Thanx NIK, but I should be saying that to you, so Nice screenshot NIK.
