hi i was wonderin about framerate cus when i press the tab button it comesup with the screen and show that my frame rate is 5-10 and people say thats really low and they have 30-40 framerate is thee anyway to makee it higher it may b because i have a laptop but is there anyway to make it high er

Laptops are slower due to the fact the hard drives run slower and the video is built in to the motherboard.
Use a desktop.
