it is my belief that the problem does not lay with tech difficulties on producing an updated version of fpsc, but a rights issue to the extent of what would happen to the top end coders if everone and anyone could just sit down and produce a game that could meet the demands of the general public.

basically what im saying is that i think it isnt a matter of making an update, but a matter of other orginazations not allowing one

Since V1 came out not too long ago maybe you should be patient and wait for an update...or read the sticky near the top of the forum about why there is no mention of an update.
