how do i make 3d clothes its hard i tried googleing and i didnt get anything

depends on what you want the cloth for. for animation for a still or for a game would all have there own techniques.

well for low poly you could just use a box for a short or shirt.

Check out general modelling tutorials, cloths are very easy to model once you pick a favourite style of organic modelling and know how to do it, box modelling, polygon modelling are good things to search. What application do you use, if we knew, we could point you in the right direction a bit better.

Clothes are usually extruded from the body.

if you plan on animating the cloth(wavyness and stuff) or if you want to reuse the human model and put different clothes on it. then dont extrude from the body.

You could select the faces you'd extrude, but instead, extract

Yeah, i always wondered also. I use 3d studio max and i just thought you could make clothes out of Planes. I havent tried it yet becuase i cannot make a human yet.

probably wasnt such a good idea to buy max until you knew about 3d modelling. $3000 is alot of money.
