Hello,

we would like to introduce ourselves. We are a young game development team named Nap Gros Brothers.

We make our games with Darkbasic and Darkbasic Professional since 2002 and we would like to invite you to download them for free and play.

Some weeks ago, we fully actualized our website and just few minutes ago we finally finished the english version.

Games are only in spanish, sorry, but in future projects they will be in english too.

We hope you will like our site and games.

Here you can see some screenshots:

These look seriously cool , very polished, like the games the australians Dimsdale and Creosote make - especially Bastardo's, can't wait to play that - but at 25.5kbsec on a 10mb connection...

Ach, I'll download while at work tommorow.

@hawat - played KOB so far. good fun once i figured out the controls. who uses IOKL for controls anyway?! hehe. anyway, thanks for sharing. these are great examples of what TGC products can do in the hands of dedicated users. they are also encouraging & inspiring for those of us who hope to some day achieve your level(s) of expertise! good stuff!

@van - they DL'd at ~250k for me. <shrugs>

edit: ah, a couple of them are on a different server and do DL at 25.5k

Thank you for your comments!

And thanks especially to Virtual Nomad, ¿How can i forget to post our web adress?

You are right, some games are on a different server and it has slower DL. Sorry.

One more thing, in the game KOB, I am the character named THE BOSS. hehehe You can see more fun pics on "making off" section.

Holy grail crap! Where did you and these sick looking games come from?!

Downloading Bastardos now...

EDIT:

Eh, wtf? So I unrared it.

First of all you made it an iso. I had to get a special program to extract that onto my harddrive. Next I had to LAUNCH the actual game and install the game....in-game. Wtf was the whole point of that? Why not just make a regular installer?

So I finally got it installed, in Spanish, with half the screen cut off because of my 1280x1024 res. I launch the real game, and it tells me to insert cd in Spanish! Dude, just let me play this game already!!! Grr.

Megaton Cat, Bastardos was our first game made in darkbasic. The game is a nero image cd ( .nrg). You only have to burn it on a CD with nero. Then it has an auto install. The game needs the cd to play.
As I said on my first post, our games are only in spanish, sorry. Our future games will be in english too.

We hope you will like them.

Agreed, better convert them, because noone (including me) will bother wasting a cd just to try out a darkbasic game demo. (Heck, not everyone even has a burner!)

Kinda wierd of you to over-complicate it like this in the first place.

Hello again,

well, we tryed to modify "Bastardos" to run without a CD but it is impossible, sorry. This game was made so time ago that modify it means a lot of work. We have no time so I think the best option to play it is using some program like daemon tools as Hawkeye and Pulsar Coder said.

The other games run directly from your hard disc, so there will be no problem with them.

Someone played Annunaki?
