Hey guys, I was hoping someone could just give me an opinion here. I'm working on an isometric RPG in DBP, and it's coming along quite nicely (Will upload some progress soon), but in terms of creating the maps, I'm not sure which method to use. I'm going with a tile-based map (And let me tell you this is a pain in the butt with an isometric perspective)

The concern I'm having is whether I how I should define the tile states. What I'm thinking is that I can either create a User Defined Type "Tile" that stores the tile number, walkable state, animated/static switch for each entry on the map grid, or I can simply store the tile number in the grid and then refer it to another section of code that determines walkable state, animated/static. I am not really sure which method is gentler for my PC. Suggestions?

Hard to say without testing both. Would say it's identical.
