I cant download Ide Version 1.0.9.2 . Does this already came with patch4? I am downloading it now.

No it doesn't come with Patch4. It says on the IDE page that none of the IDE updates come with any of the patches.

yes works with the demo... and you can even patch the demo with patch4 (the compiler only patchs doesn't becomes retail)

with ->

save that as .reg instead of .txt and run it
i can't remember if that gets rid of the popup as well, i know i have one i did which does.
