after i've used this function to change the window procedure (and its very hard to tell if it work even with GetLastError) how do i retrieve the windows messages, what functions do i use and do i need to put the call in a loop in DB to update its-self?. i think you should get lots of numbers relating to where the mouse pointer is, weather it's clicked or a key is pressed plus time counter so how would i get the number i need?

You need to do that in C, mainly because DBPro cant handle callbacks... You then need to be able to pass it back to DBPro.

Good news everyone! I really am THAT good...

thanks MrTAToad i'm going to look into make a dll but i was hoping that windows was writing these numbers somewhere in to memory and that DBP could access them with pointer commands some how.
