This is really a non-issue. Who is going to make a 'commercial' game, or should I say a game to 'sell', and not sell it with an installer or front end of some kind. Unless you want to just supply the TGC files 'as is' to the end user, then this is not going to be a problem.
Whenever you create your front end with your logo and ads, etc..., the exe will not be visible to the end user, unless he searches the root directory. Even then, if you created your front end properly, he will still see an exe with your brand on it.
TGC did not advertise this as a commercial game engine, nor did they include an install maker for you to sell commercial games under your own label. You are going to have to do a little work beyond what TGC has provided, otherwise yes, people are going to see that you created a game with a click-and-drag game engine.
