where can I find the details about this format...

rather than the c header files etc I'd rather have a breakdown by byte, dword, float etc of the actual file if turned into a memblock...

a long time dabbler with DBC and DBPro with no actual talent but lots of enthusiasm...

Try DBP chat, looks like no one in 3D chat knows, most of us that hang around here are mostly 3D modellers

As far as I know, the dbo documentation has not been updated since around version 5.8. I think I have a copy of the old version here somewhere, but the format has changed since then. If you want me to send a copy of it to you, I'll look for it. It will at least give you an idea of the layout. You would have to do some trial and error testing to figure it out completely.
