Toon shading sounds like a cool little feature and my video card supports it. But I need to know how to set up the edge map and shade image. yeah I read looked at the DB Pro examble but it dosn't look very hi-quality and dosn't explain how to set up the maps... So DB community please help me, by posting a simple explanation of what the edge and shade image are and perhaps a mini tutorial on just how to use them.

Thanks in advance!
We could have handled that better.

Y'know, I looked through those media files for edge and shade. I get those, but how in the heck do you use a texture bitmap with cel shading? What if I want to apply a texture of a cartoon face to a character and have him cel shaded. so far this hasn't worked for me.

Chainer. I don't really have an answer for you. Is the size of the shade and edge important? It looks that way.
