Hey guys! I'm new to the FPS Creator and I've already created some full games..

But I've been having a few problems..

The first one, vents.
How can you make vents actually look like vents in the wall? I put a vent in the wall and the whole wall just dissapears and leaves a big gap where the vent is. I used segments and then put a vent, but the wall just intersects with the vent entrance making it so you cannot enter..

Second, items
Is there a way to make some sort of inventory? So when you pick up items you can see them later on? Also, does the flashlight even work? :S

Third, items on tables
How do you put stuff ontop of tables? When I try to, it either goes under the table or when I go up a layer, it floats..

Fourth, speed
When I make a decent, small/medium level, it lags like heck when I look in one direction.. Is there a way to prevent this? I placed some Player Checkpoints in multiple places, is barely helped.

Thanks!

1. Place a wall in the gap.

2. I don't think you can have an inventory, and you cannot use the flashlight.

3. Press enter.

4. Don't have so many dynamic stuff, make smaller spaces, etc. Basically, just use common sense.

Hope this helps.

As to number 4 - when placing an entity, if it is in green shade press "y" on your keyboard to make static. Static items help with gameplay greatly. Only use dynamic items when you really need them.
