The program won't let me use any .tga's, it say they are to big

I can't figure out how to use the signs option and The floor option crashed on me

Red Raven do you mind posting the tga file in question. So I can see what is happening ... I also remember the error checking when loading images was not complete in Signs II. Is it a 32 bit image? Try bringing it into your paint program and reducing it to 24 bit and see if it loads. Or you can email me directly at fpscuser@gmail.com and I will try to help.

ok here is one of my basic textures i plan on using... I made it with photoshop 7.0, it's a 512x512 pixel image

Well it looks like you took a jpg and rename it to tga and that won't work.
You have to convert it to tga not just rename it.
When I went to open it Irfanview said it was a jpg.

Well I probaly saved it wrong when i made it, because all my other .tga's work like .tga's

But still i don't get it, what should i do exactly becuase it doesn't seem to work for me, nothing will load
