No-one will do all that for free. Especially since you haven't offered a cut of your profits. Here's how it should would.
1 - you pay a modeller to make all those items.
2 - then you release your game.
**NOW this is the important bit.**
3 -You don't pay the modeller any royalties until your game has broken even. (if you don't know what breakin even is....we're gonna have major problems)
4 -Once your game has broken even (and you've recouped the cost of paying the modeller for stage 1), you pay the modeller a royalty for every copy sold.
This system works, because it means that even if the game fails, the contributors have been payed. And you dont have to pay any more than that initial fee if your game fails. that way everybody is 'safe'.
