3 Dimensional Chat / Opacity with .x in DBPro

I have got my race track in 3DS Max, exported into .x using the Panda Direct X Plugin, and imported into DBPro. The problem i have is that the opacity maps are kept, see image below. The trees should have the grey removed, same as the people, and the fence, plus various other elements on the track. Whats the easy way to do this in DBPro, without re-doing all the models that need opacity, and repositiong them into DBPro, and how would i go about building the models again to make them have opacity.

use png file format and set object trans with flag set to 1 / or thats how i got the above with a simple plane from max through panda...

Thanks, thats done the job now, just gotta go through all the textures and erase out the pixels i don't want! bit of big job, but looks good in dbpro
