No, I have not had that problem. I don't know if this is the case with you, but what you describe is sometimes caused by changes to the FPSC content. Each situation is different and hard if not impossible to pin down.
Sometimes, the addition, removal or changes to FPSC content has outward effects on the program content which is neither documented or understood. Vague, I know but the reinstallation of the original program files will normally fix this issue, at which point you may find another custom item may fail to work properly.
