How do we create a string table in Visual studio C++ 2005 Express?

Add a string resource...

is there a MyProject item in the solution explorer (it may only be a vb thing) but dclicking it will open a tabbed page that lets you set all of the Application, Debug, Compile, Security, Publish settings as well as build resources into the binary (images, icons, files, string tables, etc etc)

From what I can see in 2005 c++ Express, you can' edit resources. You can place already exisiting resources, but there is no editing or creating them.
