Is there a way I can create a building with multiple textures on it and put it in the editor as a segment?

Don't think so. Though you could make it into a entity, but if I remember right multiple textures don't work well.

If you would like to learn how to place them in as entities read this thread http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=84583&b=21 there are plenty more where that came from. I think alot of the more used modeling packages ( Blender, 3DS, milkshape) have texture placement inside the actualy editor. Meaning: you can place and create textures inside the actual modeling program. When you export it should bring the texture file with it.
